No — while members receive first access and exclusive perks, our trips are open to non-members on a space-available basis.
Luxury lodging for the nights specified in the itinerary
Private ground transportation for all scheduled activities
Daily breakfast, and the number of wine-paired lunches & dinners noted in the program
All scheduled wine tastings and private experiences as described in the itinerary
Entry/admission fees to all vineyard tours, museums, and special locations included in the schedule
All hotel taxes, service charges, and standard gratuities for meals provided by the group
Airfare or travel to/from the main meeting point (unless otherwise specified)
Meals during free time or optional excursions outside of the scheduled itinerary
Passport, visa fees, or immigration / health documentation costs
Travel insurance (strongly recommended)
Any personal expenses such as laundry, premium drinks, shopping, tips beyond what is standard
A deposit ($500, or the amount specified per trip) secures your reservation
Installment payments are due by specific dates leading up to the trip (e.g. first, second, final payments)
The trip is confirmed once final payment is received, subject to availability
If the trip is canceled by Kuper Travel, refunds will be provided
You can reserve your spot by emailing kupertravel@kuperwinebar.com or calling our travel desk. A deposit is required to secure your reservation.
Cancel before the cut-off date (e.g. January 1, 2026) → there is a cancellation fee (often $500 per person)
Cancel after that date → refunds are contingent on whether the spot(s) can be resold or replaced
We recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances
Boutique hotels, vineyard guesthouses, or high-end cabins on river cruises depending on the trip
Rooms are double occupancy; single room/cabin supplements are available at an extra cost
Comfortable walking shoes for vineyard tours
Dress appropriate for wine dinners (business casual to elevated, depending on the venue)
Layered clothing—wine country evenings can be cool, daytimes warm
Sun protection: hat, sunglasses, sunscreen
Valid ID, travel documents- PASSPORT
You will need a power converter/adapter specific to the country of travel if you plan to take items requiring power (computers, electric shavers, cell phone, camera). It is recommended to NOT bring electric curling irons. Hotels supply hairdryers.
