What is Küper Travel?

Küper Travel curates luxury wine journeys designed exclusively for members and guests of the Küper Wine Club. We partner with world-class vineyards, chefs, and local experts to provide immersive experiences blending wine, food, and culture.

Do I have to be a Küper Wine Club member to travel?

No — while members receive first access and exclusive perks, our trips are open to non-members on a space-available basis.

What is included in the cost of your wine trips?

Luxury lodging for the nights specified in the itinerary

Private ground transportation for all scheduled activities

Daily breakfast, and the number of wine-paired lunches & dinners noted in the program

All scheduled wine tastings and private experiences as described in the itinerary

Entry/admission fees to all vineyard tours, museums, and special locations included in the schedule

All hotel taxes, service charges, and standard gratuities for meals provided by the group

What is not included?

Airfare or travel to/from the main meeting point (unless otherwise specified)

Meals during free time or optional excursions outside of the scheduled itinerary

Passport, visa fees, or immigration / health documentation costs

Travel insurance (strongly recommended)

Any personal expenses such as laundry, premium drinks, shopping, tips beyond what is standard

How do reservations and payments work?

A deposit ($500, or the amount specified per trip) secures your reservation

Installment payments are due by specific dates leading up to the trip (e.g. first, second, final payments)

The trip is confirmed once final payment is received, subject to availability
If the trip is canceled by Kuper Travel, refunds will be provided

How do I book a trip?

You can reserve your spot by emailing kupertravel@kuperwinebar.com or calling our travel desk. A deposit is required to secure your reservation.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel before the cut-off date (e.g. January 1, 2026) → there is a cancellation fee (often $500 per person)

Cancel after that date → refunds are contingent on whether the spot(s) can be resold or replaced

We recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances

What type of accommodations do you book?

Boutique hotels, vineyard guesthouses, or high-end cabins on river cruises depending on the trip

Rooms are double occupancy; single room/cabin supplements are available at an extra cost

What should I pack / prepare?

Comfortable walking shoes for vineyard tours

Dress appropriate for wine dinners (business casual to elevated, depending on the venue)

Layered clothing—wine country evenings can be cool, daytimes warm

Sun protection: hat, sunglasses, sunscreen

Valid ID, travel documents- PASSPORT

You will need a power converter/adapter specific to the country of travel if you plan to take items requiring power (computers, electric shavers, cell phone, camera). It is recommended to NOT bring electric curling irons. Hotels supply hairdryers.

Can special dietary or accessibility needs be accommodated?

Yes. Just let us know at the time of booking or before final payment

We partner with wineries and restaurants that can accommodate most dietary restrictions

For accessibility, we’ll review lodging and tour paths; let us know in advance so we can make necessary arrangements
