Women + Wine — Bella La Crema
For the month of February, Women & Wine will feature a program featuring Shauna Lee Strecker, owner of Bella La Crema Butter Shoppe & Dairy Market.
Shauna Lee will be speaking about how and why she got started in her business and there will be a live butter churning in which you can taste samples of the cream as it turns into butter! There will be opportunities for you to ask questions and to shop and take some butter home with you.
About Bella La Crema
We created the world’s first Butter Bar with hand-crafted small batch, organic, cultured butters. Now we are in Longmont at 931 Main St in our new Butter Shoppe and Dairy Market! Come try up to 20 butter creations! We churn butter with cream from small farm-grass-fed cows, and culture it by reintroducing the good bacteria that was taken out during pasteurization. We also add a bit of magic with our in-house, ground spices (never using artificial flavors) bringing you a special and unique experience with this age old delight.
Ticket prices are $30 for WAW members; $50 for non-members. This includes a flight of wine from a female winemaker and a food platter of your choice, along with an engaging presentation and samples from Bella La Crema.
