100% Pinot Gris from a 30 year old winery in the Willamette Valley. Located in the historic Dundee region, which boasts unique volcanic soil content, similar to soils in Burgundy, France. Julia Cattrall, a fifth generation wine maker who studied her craft in Burgundy, ensures that each bottle is crafted with minimal intervention and native yeast. Certified by the Label Project which certifies the purity and sustainability of the pour. A touch of lees contact adds richness in combination with the crisp and bright Pinot Gris, to create an elegant balance.

100% Grenache Blanc from the Crater View vineyard. Dobbs Family Winery is the first to produce the varietal in Oregon almost 20 years ago. With many years to perfect this wine, they started cold soaking a portion of the wine on skins. A technique they continue to refine. In this 2024 vintage, 50% of the blend saw skin contact, adding subtle depth and texture while preserving the bright energy and structure. Fermented in stainless steel and aged for 8 months before bottling. Only 350 cases produced.

100% Sauvignon Blanc from the Barakel & Eola Springs Vineyards. SOM Wines are inspired by the best of American terroir. They wanted to embody this on their labels, so they partnered with the talented, Darcy Edwin to capture the topographical map of each vineyard. Everyone knows French, New Zealand, and Californian Sauvignon Blanc–but why not Oregon? Finished in stainless steel and neutral French oak. Specifically, this is Sauvignon Blanc clone 01, which came to California in 1884 from Chateau d’Yquem in Bordeaux. Collected from Professor of Viticulture & Enology Dr. Harold of UC Davis.

Fermentation took place in a combination of stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels, allowing for a balance of fruit expression and subtle oak influence. The wine underwent partial malolactic fermentation, adding a creamy texture and complexity. Inspired by the beauty and enduring spirit of the Oregon Coast, “Sand Dune” reflects a time of connection and resilience. During the pandemic, they found solace in the Ocean and simple joys of coastal living. This wine captures the essence of those memories – a reminder of the beauty that surrounds us and the strength of the human spirit.

100% Chardonnay sourced predominantly from Block 9 at Seven Springs Vineyard (Eola-Amity Hills AVA). Planted on iron-rich clay soil, all hand- harvested. These grapes are gently pressed into 500L puncheons for fermentation and goes through full malolactic fermentation. It is aged for 6 months in neutral barrels. Since its inception, Seven Springs has been dry-farmed. The vineyard is LIVE™ certified and was converted to biodynamic viticulture in 2007. They continue to farm Seven Springs biodynamically, encouraging a healthy and sustainable ecosystem in the vineyard.

100% Pinot Noir from Violet Vines Estate Vineyard that sits in the coast foothills of the McMinnville AVA. It is comprised of 88 acres, with 26 of those acres planted under vine. The fruit was hand harvested, sorted and destemmed. Fermentation occurred in one ton open top bins. After pressing, the wine was barrel aged for 12 months in French oak, 33% of which was new.

100% Pinot Noir from North Valley Vineyard, located in Yamhill-Carlton, is adjacent to Shea, Penner-Ash and Beaux Freres. It is one of two Estate vineyards, the other is Aegrina in the McMinnville AVA. They pride themselves on their commitment to certified sustainable vineyard practices – generally L.I.V.E. or Salmon Safe specifically – ensuring responsible stewardship of our precious land and resulting in the highest quality of fruit we can harvest for our wines. This Pinot Noir went through traditional vinification in small, open top fermenters aged in 10% new French oak.
Dobbes Family Winery 2022 Syrah, Columbia Gorge, OR

100% Syrah from the Smith- Cerne vineyard. One of the first plantings of Syrah in the Gorge, this high-elevation, exposed site harnesses the wind to create wines with both structure and softness. Fermented with about 20% whole cluster, this Syrah is a New World wine that nods to Old World tradition and technique. Aged in 18% New Oak, 15% 2nd Fill, and 67% neutral. It was a cooler start to the season, contributing to bigger berries and clusters, therefore a heavier crop overall. The resulting wines are ethereal with tons of red fruit, and silky soft tannins. Winemaker Derek Einberger’s first vintage at Dobbes. Only 300 cases produced.
