Retail: $60| Club Price: $52| 6 Bottle Price: $296

The first time they played around with whole-grape fermentation was with their Carbonic Sangiovese cuvee bottle. From how popular it was, they chose to experiment with the carbonic fermentation of Syrah. They borrowed the Cote Rotie trick of co-fermenting a dollop of earlier ripening Viognier for floral aromatics and more weight bonded with the bright mid-palate fruit. By taking such a delicate touch to the intensity of Santa Barbara County, they can deliver a Syrah in the same class as the lovely Northern Rhone wineries.
