This sparkling wine is a blend of Trebbiano and Garganega made in the Charmat method where second fermentation happens in a tank. Borgo Imperiale Brut is a vintage dated Spumante of premium quality, developed/designed to over-deliver quality and value. Spumante refers to a sparkling wine made at a lower atmospheric pressure, in-between a frizzante and the traditional method. Borgo Imperiale was named to reflect the “imperial” character of the line, as well as the attachment to the village of origin…to the “Borgo!”

100% Gruner Veltliner made in the Methode Champenoise or called the traditional style, where second fermentation happens in the bottle. These grapes were hand harvested and grown on weathered limestone with a top layer of loess and clay around 1350ft elevation. All organic vineyard practices, only the first press juice was used here and the wine sat on its lees for 30 months. Stift Klosterneuburg is one of the oldest and most historically significant wineries in Austria, with a winemaking tradition that dates back nearly 900 years.

A blend of 50% Macabeo, 40% Xarello and 10% Ugni Blanc made in the Methode Champenoise, is a very similar grape composition to Cava. Coming from a very different region, the grapes come from Bernal Valley, in Queretaro, North-Central Mexico. The unique geo-climate conditions there translates to high quality wines. Lluis Raventos Llopart creates a lively sparkling wine that spends up to 24 months of aging on the lees. This region is known for its semi-desert climate and high elevation vineyards, comparable to Chile and parts of Spain.

Vineyards located about 150 miles south of Albuquerque, at around 4,000 ft in elevation, offer those cooler nights for a more well balanced, complex wine. This wine sees two years of aging in the bottle prior to release.

This Cava is made with the very traditional blend of Spanish grapes – 40% Macabeo, 40% Xarello and 20% Parellada. Crafted by winemaker Maria Galup, this wine honors the tradition and the rich history of Catalan sparkling wine. In compliance with DO Cava regulations, this wine is produced using the traditional method. It is aged for 12 months on the lees, exceeding the DO’s minimum requirement of 9 months. The vineyards are located in Vilafranca del Penedés, the vineyards overlook the Mediterranean Sea at an elevation of 176 meters (577 ft).

This classic rich deep ruby color and fine bubbles Named Solco as to leave a mark or a groove in life, to be remembered. Today Alberto and his wife Barbera, with the help of oenologists Attilio Pagli and Leonardo Conti, continue the tradition of Alberto’s grandfather, who began growing and making wine in 1926.
