Conditions & Responsibilities
Cancellation Policy
Your deposit is 100% refundable until July 31, 2026. You will not be able to get your money back, if you need to cancel. We highly recommend purchasing the travel protection option (or other travel insurance) to be on the safe side.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to a replacement guest of your choice, subject to approval by Küper Wine Club and any applicable supplier requirements. Any associated fees or fare differences are the responsibility of the original guest.
Küper Wine Club is not responsible for travel disruptions, delays, missed connections, personal injury, loss of property, or circumstances beyond our control. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary or substitute arrangements of comparable value if necessary.
